Since it's the winter season, peppermint is everywhere! I am definitely a person who loves the holiday/seasonal tastes and flavors. In the fall, I'm eating everything pumpkin spice and I'm chowing down on peppermint things in the winter. I am also a huge fan of Oreos and love sweets, so this recipe is one I had to try.
I will admit, I was unable to find the peppermint Andes baking chips, but the regular mint ones still tasted great!
